Nayagarh CTS field report Status Report on child Tracking System Validation and Updation Project 2006 W.E.F-24.07.06 Inrespect of Nayagarh District by Shri Panchanan Dalai, State Level Observer . As per Orders of State Project Director, OPEPA and Director Elementary Education and Mass Education Orissa Bhubaneswar vide Order No.4560/ SPD-06 dt-12.07.06 , I proceeded to Nayagarh on 24.07.06 and arrived there at 10 am . I discussed with D.P.C Nayagarh Sri Ranjan Kumar Das along with programmer and other officials relating to validation and updation work of Nayagarh Dist. On- 24.07.06 I proceeded to Chandrashekharpur Nodal under Odagaon Block and discussed with Sri Rasananda Ghadai , Teacher and Team Leader of Machhipada G.P . Then I proceeded to Solpata Nodal U.P. School and discussed with Sri Bhawanishankar Mohapatra C.R.C.C. and Team Leader of Solpata G.P. Then I proceeded to Odagaon U.P. Schools and visited the Validation work and discussed with Sri Srimanta Maharana Headmaster, Odagaon U.P. School along with Sri Subash Ch. Mishra , C.R.C.C and Team Leader Odagaon G.P. |

On-25.07.06 I proceeded to Khandapada Block with Sri Iswar Chandra Mishra B.R.C.C. Khandapara, Sri Trilochan Sarangi , S.I.S. Khandapara and Sri Dijaraj Nayak S.I.S. Khandapara. I discussed with Smt. Sarita Satpathy Co-ordinator about the progress of the validation work as she is in charge of Khandapara Block. I proceeded to Benagadia U.P. School under Benagadia GP of Khandapara Block and visited the progress of validation work and discussed with Sri Arjuna Nayak C.R.C.C. and Sri Ramesh Chandra Mohapatra Team Leader of Benagadia GP . Then I visited to Mardarajpur UGM School and discussed with Sri Alekh Moharana , Teacher and Team Leader of the GP regarding progress of the work. We proceeded to Kantilo UGME School and discussed the progress of validation work . I also visited the validation work at Lingaraj Nodal UP School under Khalisahi GP and discussed with Sri Trilochan Sarangi S.I.S., and Sri Benudhar Moharana C.R.C.C and Sri Manas Mohan Mishra Teacher and Team Leader of Khalisahi GP . I proceeded to Sidhamula GP and discussed with Sri Braja Kishore Mishra C.R.C.C and the Team Leader of the GP ,then I proceeded to Bhapur block and discussed with Sri Rankanath Sahu I.E.D. Co-ordinator , regarding the progress of validation work . I visited the Fategarh Primary School Fategarh GP and Bhapur GP center and advised them to complete the work within stipulated time . On- 26.07.06 I proceeded to Nuagaon block with Sri Gangadhar Bhatt S.I.S. of Nuagaon Block. I visited Durdura UP school under Durdura GP and discussed with Sri Nabakishore Sahu Teacher and Team Leader about the progress of work. I visited the Nuagaon High School and discussed with Ram Krishan Nanda B.R.C.C. about the problem of validation work. Then I proceeded to Korada Nodal UP School and discussed with Sri Trilochan Parida and Team Leader of Korada GP . I visited the Sonapada UP School under Maichheli GP and discussed the progress of validation work and advised them to complete the work within the stipulated time . I proceeded to Dasapalla Block and discussed with Sri Prafulla Kumar Barik B.R.C.C. Dasapalla and visited the validation work at Damideipur Nodal UGME School under Jagadev Patna GP. Tendabadi Centre Tendabadi GP and Simili Sahi GP . Then I proceeded to Gania Block and discussed with BDO Gania and Sri Pitabash Swain S.I.S. Gania regarding the progress of the validation work. I visited the Belapada Primary School under Belapada GP and discussed with Smt.Jyotshnarani Patnaik C.R.C.C. and Team Leader of Belapada Centre. Then I proceeded to Rasanga, Chhamundia and Badasilinga Primary School and advised them to complete the work within the stipulated time . On- 27.7.06 I discussed with Sri Kulamani Nath Sharma D.I. of Schools Nayagarh regarding the progress of validation work of Ranpur Block as he is in charge of validation work of Ranpur Block . I proceeded to Ranpur Block with Sri Gadadhar Bhatta S.I.S. and visited Gopinathpur UP School under Rajasunakhela GP ,Narendrapur UP School of Narendrapur GP, Sarangadharpur Nodal School (Ludhachulla),Model Primary School Ranapur, Baunsagarh UGME School Baunsagarh ,Darpanarayanpur and advice them to complete the work within the stipulated time. On-28.07.06 I discussed with Sri Ashok Kumar Patnaik Co-ordinator regarding progress of validation work of Nayagarh Block. I proceeded to some schools at Nayagarh NAC with Sri Bhikari Charan Behera B.R.C.C. Nayagarh . I started my field visit to Nabaghanapur UGME School under Nabaghanapur GP, Lenkudipada UP School of Lenkudipada GP , Jamusahi Project Primary School of Khuntubanda GP , Rajapatna M.E School of Jemadeipatna GP Kaliprasad Nodal School of Kaliprasad GP, Lathipada Nodal UP School of Lathipada GP , Ganbharidihi UP School of Gambharidihi Gp and Pratap Prasad Project UP schools Itamati and Jamusahi Project PS Khuntubandha. I discussed with the team members and advised them to complete the work within stipulated time . Then I returned back to Nayagarh. On-29.07.06 I visited the Odagaon Block and discussed with BDO Odagaon, regarding the progress of validation work of C.T.S. Sri Batakrushna Panda B.R.C.C. Odagaon , accompanied me and visited some Primary Schools at Odagaon GP , Nadigarh GP , Goudaput GP , Kural GP , Komonda GP , Ranganipatna GP , Machipada GP , Solapata GP . I discussed them regarding the completion of the work. I returned back to Nayagarh at about 7.30pm . During my visit to Nayagarh district for supervision of validation and updation project of 2006, Child-Tracking System. I felt that the Supervisors , Validators are very sincere to their validation and updation work . They are discharging their duties with utmost satisfaction . Further it is observed that there is lack of co-ordination among the V.E.C. member , College students and Anganwadi workers as a result of which the progress of work appears to be slow . It is understood that the entire Validation and Updation work of Nayagarh District will be completed by 2.8.2006. Also I appraised the development work of validation and updation of CTS to the Collector Nayagarh in his Residential Office. The check list for State level observer CTS – validation and updation project – 2006 of Nayagarh District is submitted herewith for kind perusal of Director.
