Roles and Responsibilities:
CRCC
  • Identification of training needs.
  • Ensuring 100% particiapiton of trainees in training.
  • Arranging locally relvenat of contextual demonstration in real classroom situation as a part of training.
  • Preparing database of all teachers before training and after training.
  • Setting goal and performance targets in consultation with BRCC, teacher, head masters and DIET Personnel.
  • Helping in Organization of training at cluster level.
BRCC
  • Collation of training needs.
  • Collation of database of all teachers and trainees before and after training.
  • Organization of the training of teachers.
  • Setting goal and performance targets in consultation with DIET, DPO, State Pedagogy Cell.
  • Monitoring all the training.
Pedagogy Coordinator
  • Collation of database of all teachers and trainer before and after training.
  • Organization of training programmes in their district at district, block and cluster level.
  • Preparation of annual plan of action for teachers training.
  • Coordination of training programme and its monitoring with District, DIET, SPO and SCERT.
Science Supervisors
  • Cluster, B.Ed college, SPO and SCERT. (Secondary Level)
Pedagogy Cell of SPO
  • Preparation of State level plan of teacher training.
  • Training of trainers at State level.
  • Monitoring the training programme.
  • Collation of database of all teachers before and after training.
TE and SCERT
  • Providing academic input during training of trainers.
  • Training of Trainer on theme based module.
  • Monitoring strategies preparation and its implementation.

 
Monitoring
Monitoring of the training program will rest on directorate of TE and SCERT. The principal objective of monitoring is to develop an effective mechanism for assessing the progress of implementation. The main purpose is to oversee the effectiveness of the decision taken at the state and district during implementation at the grass root level. There is also a need to document the experiences at the implementation strategies taken up to eradicate the problem.
Hence the SCERT will do the following activities.
  • Collection of  data base of all training programmes
  • Constitution of monitoring team at the state and district level
  • Orientation of training to monitoring team
  • Preparation of monitoring format
  • Monitoring of training program
  • Monitoring of the training inputs actually implemented in the classroom
  • Analyzing the problem in implementation and devise strategies to overcome the problem
  • Documenting the training programe
  • Coordination with all the institution involved with training programe
